There are:
- No monthly fees
- No setup costs
Stores never pay to install SuperSwipe.
Who Pays the Fee?
A fee is charged only for winning customers.
- Customers enter raffles for free ($0)
- Only winners are charged
- The fee is paid out by the merchant
If a customer does not win, they are not charged.
How Customer Billing Works
SuperSwipe uses a winner only billing model:
- Customers enter drop at no cost
- Payment methods are securely saved during entry
- Only winners are charged after the drop ends
Payment Security
All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure infrastructure.
- SuperSwipe does not store raw card data
- Payment methods are tokenized
- Fully compliant with Shopify and payment providers
Payouts to Stores
Stores are paid through their normal Shopify Payments payout schedule.
- Winners are charged
- Funds are processed
- Payout timing depends on your Shopify payment settings
Failed Payments
If a winner’s payment fails:
- The system may retry the charge
- You can select a new winner if needed
- All billing attempts are logged for transparency
Refunds & Disputes
Because customers are only charged if they win:
- Refund requests are reduced
- All drop activity is logged and traceable
Merchants can access audit logs to help resolve disputes.
Hidden Fees
There are no hidden fees.
- No customer costs
- No subscriptions
- No setup charges
The only fee in SuperSwipe is the fee charged to merchants on finalized orders.
