How does SuperSwipe work?
SuperSwipe powers product launches for brands and retailers. Entering a release gives you a chance to purchase if selected, it is not a guarantee of purchase.
After the entry window closes, selected entrants are processed and notified by email. You will receive a notification once the draw has concluded.
If selected, your order is placed directly with the brand or retailer. Any questions regarding shipping, cancellations, refunds, or fulfillment should be directed to the retailer that hosted the release.
How much does SuperSwipe cost to use?
SuperSwipe is free for fans.
There are no entry fees, subscriptions, or hidden charges. Brands and retailers pay to use SuperSwipe because we believe fans shouldn't have to pay for a fair chance at limited releases. If you're selected, you'll only pay the retailer's listed product price, plus any applicable taxes and shipping.
How does SuperSwipe ensure drop winners are real?
SuperSwipe uses an in house intelligent selection system with full transparency for merchants.

When am I charged?
Entering a SuperSwipe release is free. Your card is only charged if you are selected to purchase after the draw has been processed.
When you enter, a preauthorization may be placed on your card to verify that your payment method is valid. This is not a charge and will not appear as a completed transaction.
Please note that draw processing times vary by retailer and release. Selections may be completed within a few hours of the entry window closing or may take several days, depending on the launch.
If selected, your card will be automatically charged for the product price, along with any applicable taxes and shipping fees set by the retailer.
💳 Important: To complete your purchase, payment must be successfully processed when selections are made. Make sure your card has sufficient funds available and that your bank allows online transactions. If a payment attempt is declined, your selection may be forfeited and SuperSwipe may not be able to retry the charge.
When are winners charged?
Winners are charged after the draw ends.
- Only selected winners are charged
- Charges are processed securely through Shopify
What happens if a payment fails?
If a winner’s payment fails:
- We do not retry the charge
- The algorithm selects a new winner
- All actions are logged for transparency
