How can I check if my entry is valid?
The easiest way to verify your entry is to check for your entry confirmation email.
When your entry is successfully submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email from the retailer and/or SuperSwipe containing a link to your entry status page.
Option 1: Check Your Confirmation Email
- Locate the entry confirmation email sent after submission.
- Open the email and click the status link.
- If your entry was successfully submitted, you'll be able to view its current status.
Option 2: Check Through the Retailer
- If the retailer offers customer accounts, you may be able to view your entry or order status by logging into your account on their website.
- Availability of this feature varies by retailer.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact support and include the email address used to enter the release.
How can I check which size I entered for?
You can find the size you selected in your entry confirmation email. The confirmation email contains the details submitted with your entry, including the product and size selected.
If you'd like to change your size, you'll need to cancel your existing entry and submit a new one with your preferred size before the entry window closes.
Please note that once the draw has been processed, entries can no longer be modified or cancelled.
How do I cancel my entry?
You can cancel your entry at any time before the draw is processed.
To cancel your entry:
- Open your entry confirmation email and navigate to your entry status page, or access the entry through your account on the retailer's website (if available).
- Locate the Cancel Entry button above your entry status on the order confirmation page.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Once cancelled, your entry will be removed from the release and will no longer be eligible for selection. If the entry window is still open, you may submit a new entry.
Can I cancel my winning entry?
No. Once a release has ended and you have been selected, your entry can no longer be cancelled through SuperSwipe.
When you enter a release, you agree to purchase the product if selected. Once selections are processed and payment is successfully captured, the inventory is reserved for you and is no longer available to other participants.
If you need to request a cancellation, change, refund, or other order modification after being selected, you must contact the retailer directly. SuperSwipe does not manage retailer orders and cannot modify, cancel, or refund purchases on behalf of the retailer.
What do the entry statuses mean?
Your entry status on your order confirmation page tells you where you are in the release process.
Entered
- Your entry has been successfully submitted.
- The release is still accepting entries, or the draw is currently being processed.
- No selection decision has been made yet.
Selected
- Congratulations! Your entry was selected.
- Your payment method should have been charged for the product, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
- The retailer will fulfill your order and provide any future shipping updates.
Not Selected
- Your entry was not selected during the draw.
- You should not have been charged.
- No further action is required.
Was my entry selected?
If a release has closed and you haven't received a result yet, here's what to do:
1. Check Your Email
Selection results are sent to the email address used to enter the release.
Be sure to check:
- Inbox
- Promotions tab
- Spam or Junk folder
If you find the email in spam, mark it as "not spam" to help ensure future updates are delivered correctly.
2. Check Your Entry Status
You can view your current entry status at any time by opening your entry confirmation email and visiting your entry status page.
Your status will show one of the following:
- Entered – The release is still open or selections are still being processed.
- Selected – Your entry was selected and your payment should have been processed.
- Not Selected – Your entry was not selected.
3. What If My Status Still Shows "Entered"?
If a release has closed but your status still shows Entered, selections may still be in progress.
Processing times vary by retailer and release. Some draws are completed within minutes, while others may take several hours.
No action is required while processing is underway.
4. I Still Haven't Received an Update
If several business days have passed since the release closed and your status has not changed, please contact support and include the email address used to enter.
If You Were Selected
If your status shows Selected:
- Your payment should have been successfully processed.
- The retailer will provide future order, shipping, and tracking updates.
- Any questions about fulfillment, cancellations, or refunds should be directed to the retailer.
