During a release, you may receive emails from both SuperSwipe and the retailer hosting the launch. Here's what each email means and when you should expect it.
Entry Submitted
Email From: SuperSwipe
Subject: You entered the draw
This email confirms that your entry was successfully submitted.
It includes:
- Your entry details
- A link to view your entry status
- A link to cancel your entry (if the release is still open)
Email From: Retailer
Subject: Entry Confirmation
Many retailers will also send a confirmation email after your entry is submitted.
This email serves as additional confirmation that your entry was received and may appear in your retailer account history.
Selected
Email From: SuperSwipe
Subject: You Were Selected!
This email means your entry was selected during the draw.
If your payment was successfully processed, your status will update to Selected.
Email From: Retailer
Subject: Order Receipt / Order Confirmation
After a successful selection, the retailer will send an order confirmation email.
This confirms:
- Your payment was processed
- Your order has been created
- The retailer is preparing your order for fulfillment
Email From: Retailer
Subject: Order Shipped
Once your order ships, the retailer will provide shipping and tracking information directly.
Not Selected
Email From: SuperSwipe
Subject: Not Selected
This email means your entry was not selected during the draw.
No payment was processed and no further action is required.
Email From: Retailer
No additional emails should be expected from the retailer if your entry was not selected.
Missing an email?
If you can't find an email:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Search for emails from both SuperSwipe and the retailer.
- Visit your entry status page using the link in your original entry email.
Your entry status page will always show the most current status of your entry.
