Do I need an account to use SuperSwipe?
No. SuperSwipe does not require an account, subscription, or membership to enter releases.
Simply enter through the retailer's launch page and follow the entry process provided. After entering, you can track your entry status through your entry confirmation page and any status emails sent by the retailer.
If the retailer offers customer accounts, you may also be able to view your entry or order status through your account on their website. SuperSwipe does not create or manage user accounts, and your experience is handled directly through the retailer hosting the release.
How do I find upcoming SuperSwipe releases?
SuperSwipe powers launches on behalf of brands and retailers. To find upcoming releases, we recommend:
- Following the retailer or brand on their social media channels for release announcements.
- Visiting the retailer's website and subscribing to their email or SMS notifications.
- Checking your previous entry confirmation pages for updates on active releases.
- Following SuperSwipe on X (formerly twitter) & Instagram for launch highlights and updates.
- Keeping an eye on participating retailer websites, where entry links and release details are published.
Please note that SuperSwipe does not maintain a centralized release calendar. Each launch is managed and promoted by the retailer hosting the release.
How do I enter an active release?
Visit the retailer's website during the release period and complete the entry process just as you would for any other online purchase.
Entries are submitted for $0, and no payment is collected at entry. After the release ends, selected entrants are chosen and charged automatically for the product, plus any applicable taxes and shipping.
You'll receive a confirmation after entering and can track your status through the retailer's entry confirmation page.
How many winners are selected?
Winner counts are based on the inventory made available by the retailer for each release.
SuperSwipe does not publish stock levels, entry counts, selection odds, or the number of winners. If you're selected, you'll be notified once the draw has been completed.
Can I enter a release multiple times?
No. Entries are limited to one per person, per release.
SuperSwipe is designed to provide a fair opportunity for all participants. Duplicate entries, attempts to create multiple entries, or other efforts to gain an unfair advantage may result in disqualification from the release.
Can I enter for multiple products at the same time?
Yes. Each product release is treated independently, so you can enter multiple releases at the same time.
If a launch includes multiple products, you may enter each eligible product release. Likewise, if the same release is offered by multiple participating retailers, you may enter through each retailer unless the release terms state otherwise.
Can my family enter from the same household?
In most SuperSwipe releases, only one entry per household is permitted.
Multiple entries associated with the same household may be deprioritized or disqualified from the selection process. We recommend submitting only one entry per household unless the retailer's release rules explicitly state otherwise.
